What is the return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you. Please note that once the lace has been cut, the hair has been installed, altered or tampered with, we are unable to accept claims.
Are your hairs raw hairs?
Yes, all our hairs are raw hairs carefully sourced from Vietnamese hair donors.
When will I get my order?
All our products are ready to ship. Once your order is placed, we ship through USPS, UPS OR Fedex. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I straighten or curl my wigs?
Yes, you can. All our hairs are quality human hairs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
